For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4,90 € per order.
For deliveries to the other EU countries, the shipping flat rate is 24.90 € per order.
For deliveries in Europe, in non-EU countries, the shipping flat rate is 34,90 € per order.
For deliveries worldwide, outside Europe, the delivery price will be provided upon request.

In order to be able to give you a reliable delivery time information, we are connected to our stock and to the product databases of our suppliers. The delivery time information refers to the time of release of an order in our order system and not to the time of order placement in our webshop. Depending on the order, shipping or payment method or the delivery address, an order will be checked again to ensure fast processing.
In our order system, a freely available stock in the warehouse is displayed, i.e. the product is immediately available from stock. The product will be shipped on the same, at the latest on the following working day (Monday to Friday) after your order has been released in our order system. In the case of an order with several items, larger order quantities and different availability of goods, there may be delays in delivery. For orders paid in advance, the goods will be reserved and shipped only after receipt of funds.

The product is currently not in stock at our supplier. We have been informed of an expected date for the next delivery. However, this date may be postponed at short notice and without prior notice. We cannot ensure in every case that sufficient goods will be available to supply all open orders, as we are only notified by our supplier of a probable delivery date, but no confirmation of our ordered quantity. We deliver to our customers according to the date of receipt of the order, i.e. earlier orders will be delivered earlier. In case of delivery delays we will inform you immediately, in case of final unavailability already paid deposits will be refunded immediately.
Not yet available or out of stock
If you pick up your ordered goods directly in our Belle Arti Store, no shipping costs will be charged to you. The delivery or provision of the goods ordered for collection will be made, if in stock, within one working day (an item ordered on Friday will be ready for you to pick up on the following Monday). You will be informed by e-mail as soon as the ordered goods are ready for you. Without this personal information, the actual availability of your order in our stores cannot be guaranteed.
We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Great Britain, on e-mail request we also deliver worldwide.
Forwarding agency delivery
Large goods are delivered by forwarding agency!
If freight forwarding items are shipped directly from the supplier, they will be delivered only to the curb. Please provide the phone number of the recipient, so that the supplier can announce the delivery date about 1 week in advance. Per order and delivery address, we charge within Germany, shipping costs in the amount of 150, - €. The shipping costs, outside of Germany may vary depending on the area.
Furniture transport from Italy:
- Delivery is free to the curb
- The delivery of the goods is carried out without uplift and without assembly
- Additional services can be organized at your request
Entrances and staircases must be such that the shipping team can carry the goods to the desired location without any additional aids. Delivery to the property line is only possible if the road is passable by truck.
Notes on delivery
- The delivery of your order is usually carried out by DHL, GLS or another service provider of our choice. Parcels are delivered from Monday to Saturday.
- If the DHL parcel deliverer does not meet anyone at the first delivery attempt, he will leave a notification card stating that the parcel can be picked up from a neighbor or the nearest post office.
- If the Hermes parcel deliverer does not meet anyone on the first delivery attempt, two further delivery attempts will be made on consecutive working days. For each unsuccessful delivery attempt, a notification card will be left for you to contact Hermes directly and clear a new delivery date, delivery to ParcelShop or alternate address, and neighborhood drop-off.
- All express deliveries are made by DHL Express. If no one is encountered during the first delivery, the delivery agent will drop a corresponding receipt with a DHL service telephone number in your mailbox. You can then arrange a new delivery (also to an alternative address) directly with DHL Express or pick up the shipment at the DHL depot.

- Fees, taxes and customs duties for the import of goods are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These costs are to be paid by the buyer
- Please check with your local customs office before buying or ordering to find out what additional fees may apply
- These fees are usually collected by the customs authority or shipping company. Please do not consider them as additional shipping charges
- We do not give false customs declarations - e.g. we do not declare goods under value or as gifts to avoid taxes or customs duties. This would be a violation of international trade law. We therefore ask for your understanding!
